What if my photo isn’t very good?

Send it anyway. A person checks every photo before designing. If it won’t print well, we’ll tell you and help you pick another.

Can I change the design?

Yes. We email your design once it’s ready and you can ask for changes until you’re happy. We only print once you approve it.

I don’t have a photo to hand. Can I still order?

Yes. Choose “Email it later” in the last step. We’ll email you after you order and you can reply with your photo.

What’s the difference with MagSafe?

MagSafe cases have magnets built in, so they snap onto MagSafe chargers, wallets and car mounts. Standard cases work with normal wireless charging.

Can I return a personalised case?

Because each case is made for you, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or doesn’t match the design you approved, we’ll put it right. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
